We've been working hard to develop legal solutions for GPF-equipped 2.0 TSIs to combine great power gains but retain the all-important GPF; our PowerMax GPF package is the result.
Since 2019 the 2.0 TSI cars sold in the UK, EU and much of the rest of the world have a Gasoline Particulate Filter fitted, referred to as GPF, PPF or OPF.
From a tuning point of view, the introduction of the GPF is not good news with the added restrictions that the GPF imposes into the exhaust's flow characteristics.
More importantly, in most countries where cars are supplied with GPF, it is strictly illegal to remove or alter this emissions kit.
Our PowerMax GPF package is the solution: very fast, very cost-effective, yet fully road-legal!
Bolt-on, legal power.
We've chosen to partner with the Garrett PowerMax GT2260S turbocharger for this GPF application. It's a direct bolt-in replacement for your original IS38 turbo, making for a simple turbo upgrade path.
When combined with our RacingLine R600 Intake Pack and RacingLine Intercooler, our carefully developed ECU calibration will offer over 430PS with zero changes to GPF. Simple plug and play legal power!
Very importantly, it achieves this level of power gain without sacrificing reliability, drivability or crucially making any changes to your GPF or catalyst.

Why the Garrett GT2260S?
Through our development process, we've tested many alternative turbochargers. For this GPF application, the Garrett PowerMax GT2260S quickly became the clear choice.
As a direct replacement for the factory IS38, it represents a true bolt-on solution. No different mountings, inlet or exhaust changes are needed.
With a 360-degree journal thrust bearing, it's a much stronger unit than the factory IS38 turbo, capapble of handling higher boost and higher heat levels.
And most importantly, with 17% more compressor flow than an IS38, we've been able to get up to the maximum levels of boost within the GPF-limited exhaust flow, yet with minimum turbo lag.
Power, reliability & legality.
Installing your Garrett PowerMax GT2260S with the RacingLine ECU calibration and RacingLine hardware will deliver the maximum amount of power supported by the factory fuel system while staying well within the safe power limits of the stock engine internals. At over 430ps, this combination makes for a huge performance gain with minimal turbo lag and without the need for an expensive engine build or fuelling upgrades, and no more worries about an illegal GPF-delete!

How do I buy?
Our RacingLine dealers.
You can source your own Garrett GT2260S turbo or your RacingLine dealer can supply one for you. These are sold on an outright basis - so no need for a core exchange.
Then our RacingLine Software can be purchased and installed through any one of our recognised worldwide OEM+ Technical Centres. Visit our dealer locater page to find your nearest RacingLine OEM+ dealer.
You have two choices from your RacingLine Dealer. They can install your software for you, or they can supply you with a PDM Power Delivery Module which will allow you install your calibration yourself, then upgrade or change your calibration, or return your car to stock at any time.
NOTE
